Forty thousand colleagues live above us. On the roof of the ibis Styles Wien City there's a hive, and every summer its staff pulls off what we couldn't manage at reception: honey. City honey is more aromatic than its reputation — Vienna lindens, the chestnut tree behind the house and a few wild acacias taste nothing like a meadow. Pick up the rest in the lobby — small jar, our bear on the label. Souvenir-grade, not customs-grade.
